Contest Mechanics:
Youth 17 and under create a design/art inspired by Vision, Mission, & Values
1 Grand Prize: $500 + clothing feature + calendar feature
11 Runner-ups: $100 + calendar feature
Timeline:
Contest runs until October 25th; winners announced in November
